The Comptroller of Immigration Service, CIS Ifedapo Osewolo has taken over the mantle of Nigeria Immigration Service, Ekiti State Command, from the retired Comptroller Dauda Ibrahim Sabimoro.
Speaking during the handover ceremony held penultimate Monday and witnessed by sectional heads, Osewolo thanked God for the retired Comptroller’s successful career in the Nigeria Immigration Service and expressed gratitude to officers and men for their warm welcome.
He encouraged all officers and men to be proactive, steadfast, and disciplined in their duties. While emphasizing the adoption of open-door policies, he stressed the importance of results-driven approaches, adherence to service standards, and focus on individual and collective career growth.
The new CIS expressed appreciation to the Comptroller-General of Immigration Service (CGIS), Kemi Nanna Nandap Pcc, for the opportunity given to him to serve as the Comptroller of the State Command. He further prayed for a peaceful, hitch-free, and productive tenure in Ekiti State.
